Famularo & Associates are was extablished in 1997 as a husband and wife team. Since 2006, their practice has been devoted exclusively to the practice of family law.  Both lawyers at the firm are experieced and competent, having handled literally thousands of cases, and having each tried hundreds of cases in the courtroom. Famiularo & Associates served the geographical area of Temecula, Murrieta, and Hemet, and all of Riverside County, Ca. Consultations are always free. The philosophy  at Famularo & Associates is to help our clients get through the family law process as quickly, easily and as cheaply as possible.

Robert Famularo has been licensed to practice law since 1979.  Through out the years, practiced in the areas of civil law, family law, and even bankruptcy. He has limited his practice exclusively in the area of family law since 2006.  Robert Famularo is an experienced divorce lawyer and has tried thousands of cases. Robert is licensed to practice in the state of California, the California Court of Appeals, and the Federal Court.  Robert volunteered as a judge pro tem in Los Angeles County between 1995 and 2006, is a former secretary of the women lawyers of Long Beach and a former member of the American Association of Trial Attorneys. Robert has given educational seminars in the areas of bankruptcy and family law and real estate.

Gina Famularo has been licensed to practice law since 1997.  Her practice has been limited exclusively to the area of family law since first becoming an attorney. Gina is a caring, compassionate attorney who is aggressive when necessary in representing her clients. Gina Famularo is also an experienced litigator. She is licensed to practice in the state of California, the California Court of Appeals, and the Federal Court.  Gina has previously volunteered with the Orange County Bar and the Long Beach Battered Women's Shelter, is currently a contributing author to a legal advice column in the Temecula Valley News, and is currently the contributing author to the blog Hemet Legal Advice.
